Wool sweaters son! In this video David Marrs and the DMT LLC crew remove a large Cottonwood tree for a homeowner in Maple Valley, WA. The tree was limbed up it's full length, branches were chipped, and the trunk was cut into 16" firewood rounds and left for the homeowner. The stump was left cut 2" above grade level. Here is what the customer had to say:

We have been getting into #logging, #landclearing, and #firewising. Upgraded the business with a mini skid steer. Got a solid crew. Up to our ears in jobs. Removals - big, small, dead, alive, coniferous, deciduous, you name it - land clearing jobs, municipal projects, pruning on the west side, and everything in between. We're on the grind, locked in, and leveling up fast and there's no signs of slowing down.

Takin' down a cluster of Ponderosa Pine for a customer in Elk Meadows, Cle Elum WA. We removed these 4 trees, chipped and hauled away all the branches and bush, and left the firewood along with the trunks at a height of 8'. The customer plans to have them carved and leave them up as art.

On Monday June 27th we were in Ellensburg removing two dead Pines and one dead Birch tree for the @zirklefruitcompany We hauled off all the wood chips and left the firewood on-site cut into 16” rounds.

We removed the tree because it was leaning over the customers home so aggressively that the trunk was actually touching the roof.

On Monday June 10th we were on Radio Hill in Ellensburg removing a failed Box elder tree and trimming a large Silver maple. We were also able to remove a dead apple tree, trim two other apples, trim one small willow, remove one other willow and we also ground three stumps.

Last week we were in Cle Elum cutting some trees. We dumped wood chips on site and cut all the wood into 16” firewood rounds and drug them up the hillside so they were accessible.

Here’s video from a job we did the other week involving 3 large crack willow trims and a cottonwood removal. Our customers back property line is adjacent to his neighbors driveway so we got called out to make the property line safe for the neighbors drive way. We trimmed lots of dead, and over hanging limbs to help prevent the chance of limbs falling into the drive way.

A few weeks ago we were in Cle Elum removing deadwood from a grove of large Ponderosa Pine trees. We also raised the canopy of a few of the trees for insurance reasons.

Here’s some pictures and video from a job we did involving 5 large Pine tree removals. We hauled away all the firewood, ground the stumps, and dumped about 35,000 lbs of wood chips from the trees on-site for the customer to use for her horses and cattle.

Here are some videos from a tree removal in Seattle. This tree was a co-dominant Western Red Cedar and it was a hazard to both homes it was over hanging. We removed the tree, hauled away all the wood chips and firewood rounds and we also ground the stump.

On Tuesday a June 4th we were out in Goat Peak Ran

On Tuesday a June 4th we were out in Goat Peak Ranch taking down some white firs. These trees were dying and they were within falling distance of the home so the home owner had us cut them down. We chipped all the brush and decked the logs up on the top of the hill where we cut it all into firewood. We were also able to take out two large clusters of vine maple and chip those as well.
