On June 2nd, 2023 David Marrs Trees was out in Cle Elum, WA for a Douglas Fir tree removal job for a customer as part of his land development project. The crew removed 6 Douglas Fir trees on a steep embankment adjacent to the driveway of the customer’s beautiful mountain cabin.

The Job – DOuglas Fir Tree REmoval

This customer has some acreage near his cabin in Cle Elum, WA and was looking to clear some trees in order to build an access road to the back acreage. The terrain was a steep embankment but for our crew it was no problem. We had to haul all the brush, branches, and debris down the steep hill to the chipper. After that was done, David carefully cut each tree into logs and let them fall into the woods behind the embankment. Then, he felled the remaining trunks.

The Clean-Up

Fortunately this customer had space on his property for us to dump the chips and a machine to handle the logs and firewood. He requested that we cut the two largest logs into 16″ rounds and leave the rest as-is. We’re always willing to work out deals or discounts for customers who can do the hard work of cleanup.
