Elm Tree Trimming in Ellensburg, WA
elm tree trimming before and after

On Monday, July 3rd David Marrs Trees was out on an Elm tree trimming job in Ellensburg, WA. These trees were in dire need of a trim and the crew left the whole yard looking better than it did before they got there. Trimming up your trees can make your yard feel a lot bigger and more welcoming. That was majorly the case for this customer!

Elm Tree Trimming

This was a simple job involving tree trimming on 3 large Elms. The trees had large leaders cut in the past and lots of small branches grew from those cuts. These smaller branches sometimes end up growing in erratic ways and can make for a messy tree. It’s important to get your tree trimmed right in the first place so you don’t end up with unruly growth later on. Two of the trees were near the home and David took care to not drop any branches on the house. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left the yard looking better than before, as usual.

Caring for your Trees the Right Way

Timely trimming is one of the most important things you can do to make sure that your trees stay healthy and problem free. It may seem like a lot of money to spend on something that isn’t “essential”, but investing in regular trimming, even if it is only once every year, or even few years, will save you trouble in the long-run. Here’s a short article on the importance of tree pruning from our friend’s at Angie’s list.
